At Electrical4Less, we aim to offer a fair and straightforward returns policy for all our customers. -
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
We warrant that all goods supplied will: match their description, be free from material defects in design, workmanship, and materials, and be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
If any goods you receive are faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival:
– Notify us immediately by emailing returns@electrical4less.co.uk
– Include clear photographs of the issue and the packaging (this helps us deal with couriers if applicable)
– We may require the return of goods for inspection before issuing a resolution
– We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund the affected goods at our discretion.
We are not liable for any issues resulting from:
– Continued use of faulty goods after the issue was reported
– Misuse, incorrect installation, negligence, or lack of maintenance
– Normal wear and tear
– Alterations or attempted repairs not authorised by us
– Failure to follow instructions or industry best practices -
Change of Mind – 14-Day Return Policy
You may return goods within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided:
– Items are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition
– They are returned with all original packaging and documentation
– You are responsible for the return shipping costs
If your order qualified for free delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.
Non-returnable items include:
– Cut-to-length products (e.g., cables, LED strips)
– Bespoke or special-order goods
– Installed or visibly used items
– Products not returned in original packaging or missing accessories/manuals
– Goods damaged due to poor return packaging
– Goods returned with writing or labels directly on product packaging -

Ensure all items are securely packed. We are not responsible for return items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. -
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of:
– Receiving the returned goods, or
– Receiving proof that the goods have been returned (whichever is earlier)
⚡ In most cases, refunds are processed much faster, provided the return process has been followed correctly.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Deductions may be made if items are not returned in acceptable condition.
